Girls 15 secure third place
In the semi-finals, our girls 15 were narrowly beaten 2:4 by TC-Großhesselohe despite a strong performance. The matches were hard-fought – four of the games went to a tie-break. In the end, they just needed a bit of luck to beat Großhesselohe.
In the small final, however, the team put in a confident performance and won clearly against TC Blutenburg, securing third place. The players were Anjali Vasanthan, Sophia Nase, Sophia Deißenböck and Maya Jansen, coached by Marc and Julia.
Junior girls 18 are South Bavarian champions
Our juniors put in an impressive performance and, after a clear 6:0 victory in the semi-final against TC Schwaben Augsburg e.V., progressed to the final with aplomb. A real endurance test awaited them there, because after exciting and hard-fought singles matches, the score was 3:1 for our team.
The decision was finally made in the doubles: with strong nerves and team spirit, both doubles were won, securing the well-deserved overall victory. Kate Bierhoff, Kim Martin, Elisabeth Brixel, Jaelle Soulier and Livia Ackermann played under the guidance of coach Fabian Schmid.
