MTTC Iphitos and our sponsors are pleased to organize an online Advent competition with fantastic prizes! There are great prizes to be won such as:

It’s also worthwhile for non-members to take part: there are vouchers for 2 hours on the center court and 1 hour of indoor credit!

How the competition works:
There is a new competition every week and the draw takes place on the Sunday of Advent – so there are four chances to win in total! Three of the prizes are reserved exclusively for our members, while the first week’s prize is open to everyone. Every Monday, the current prize will be presented as an Instagram post.

Conditions of participation for the Advent competition at MTTC Iphitos

Organizer
The competition is organized by MTTC Iphitos in cooperation with its sponsors Emporio Armani (EA7), Wilson and MMP Event.

Eligibility
All persons aged 16 and over are eligible to take part. Non-members can only take part in the first weekly prize draw, while the other prizes are reserved exclusively for our club members. Employees of MTTC Iphitos and their relatives are excluded from participation.

Procedure of the competition
The competitions will take place in the period from 25.11.2024 to 22.12.2024. On each Monday concerned, the weekly competition will be published via Instagram post on the official Iphitos account @mttciphitos. Participants can take part in the competition until Saturday at 23:59. The winner of the weekly competition will be chosen at random on Sunday and informed of their win via Instagram direct message.

Below are the exact dates of the competitions:

• 1st Advent: 25.11.2024 – 01.12.2024 (draw: 01.12.2024)
• 2nd Advent: 02.12.2024 – 08.12.2024 (draw: 08.12.2024)
• 3rd Advent: 09.12.2024 – 15.12.2024 (draw: 15.12.2024)
• 4th Advent: 16.12.2024 – 22.12.2024 (draw: 22.12.2024)

Prizes
The prizes will be announced in the respective weekly post and are not transferable to third parties. Cash payment or exchange of prizes is excluded.

Collection of prizes
The prizes will not be sent by post and must be collected in person from the MTTC Iphitos office (Aumeisterweg 10, 80805 Munich). All prizes must be collected by 31.01.2025 at the latest. Please note that the office will be closed between 21.12. and 07.01.2024.

Data protection
The personal data of the winners will be used exclusively for the purpose of notifying and handing over the prize and will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Further information on data protection at MTTC Iphitos can be found in our privacy policy.

Exclusion from the competition
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who violate the conditions of participation or attempt to influence the competition through manipulation. In the event of exclusion from the competition, the prize may also be subsequently revoked and a new winner determined.

Disclaimer
The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. Instagram is not available as a contact for the competition. The organizer assumes no liability for technical malfunctions or data loss that could affect participation in the competition.

Miscellaneous
The organizer reserves the right to change, adapt or cancel the competition at any time without giving reasons if unforeseen circumstances make this necessary.

By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation.

Iphi Nikolaus on 08.12.2024 ??

On 08.12.2024 our Iphi Nikolaus event will take place from 14:30. Christmas snacks, mulled wine or an aperitif as well as presents for the children and a Christmas-decorated cross will create a contemplative atmosphere. And of course St. Nicholas also drops by.

Attention: Only a limited number of participants possible!

Please register your children for Santa Claus by November 30 at the latest by e-mail(info@iphitos.de) with one/two sentences about your child/children!

Registration is only binding upon payment of the contribution towards expenses!

Contribution towards expenses: 20€ per adult, 10€ per child, payable via:

• Cash/credit card payment at the office, or

The contribution towards expenses includes

Parents: 1 mulled wine or aperitif, Christmas snacks

Children: children’s punch, snacks, St. Nicholas gift

Program:

14:30: Start

3 – 4 p.m.: Sport and fun in the hall

This year’s Iphitos club tournament took place on Saturday, October 12, 2024, on the outdoor and indoor courts. Almost 40 participants competed against each other in five age groups and showed off their skills on clay and indoors in perfect autumn weather. At the end of the tournament, the winners were honored for their achievements in a festive award ceremony. The evening ended in a relaxed atmosphere at the CROSS Restaurant, rounding off a successful day for everyone involved.

One day later, on Sunday, 13.10.2024, over 50 junior players competed in the Iphitos Youth Club Tournament 2024. The Iphi Juniors were able to gain their first match practice on the small pitch in the four categories of Red, Orange, Green and Yellow Ball or put their skills to the test in real tournament matches. In the afternoon, the beautiful weather even made it possible to move some games to the outdoor courts. At the end of the tournament day, there was a big award ceremony with trophies, certificates and prizes.
