This year, the Youth Cup took place over four days (11.08. – 14.08.2024) on our grounds and offered exciting matches for players and spectators. The Iphi Juniors showed their sporting class on home soil. Particularly pleasing: Anjali Vasanthan won the girls’ U16 category – and did so in a commanding manner: in the final, she beat Ela Atluntas from TC Bernhausen 6:0 6:2. Sophia Nase was unfortunately beaten in the semi-final by the eventual finalist Ela Atluntas, meaning that there was no internal Iphitos final.

Leopold Chan (U18), Michael Oettinger (U16), Matti Götting (U16), Alexander Bodczek (U14), Franz-Aloys Schulz-Moll (U14), Constantin Epping (U12) and Florian Reich (U11) took part in the main rounds of the boys’ competition. Unfortunately, none of the Iphi Juniors made it past the round of 16 this year. But things will certainly look very different at the next tournament!

The spectators witnessed thrilling matches and were delighted with the strong performances of the young players. We are proud of all the Iphi Juniors who gave their best at the Iphitos Youth Cup 2024 and are already looking forward to next year!
